The Delhi Police's Cyber Cell has registered an FIR against fact-check website AltNews co-founder, Mohammed Zubair, for allegedly "threatening and torturing a girl child through Twitter", officials said on Sunday. The FIR was registered against Mohd Zubair in Delhi and Raipur under provisions of the Information Technology Act and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) on a complaint received from the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), a senior police officer said. Body of Mentally Unstable Man Recovered from Wular Lake

In North Kashmir's Bandipora district, near Laharwapora village on Sunday afternoon, a mentally unstable man's body was recovered from Wular Lake. The body of mentally unsound 30 year - old man identified as Sarwar Ahmad Ganai S/O Ghulam Ahmad Ganai, was a resident of Qazipora.
