My humble message to all my brothers and sisters in Kashmir, who are pursuing careers in any branch of science or for that matter any other branch of study, please set your goals and do not stop at graduation or post-graduation, go for Ph.D. and Post-Doctorate and avail every chance of visiting developed countries abroad for obtaining expertise and exposure. Do not be scared of finances, there are lots of scholarships, fellowships, ways and means of funding your studies”, Shah urged.
