A minor girl was allegedly sexually assaulted at the Sher e Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Officials said on Wednesday.
An official said that a minor girl (name with held) was sexually assaulted by a mid-aged man identified as Mohammed Ashraf Lone, a resident of Pulwama.
As soon as Police received the complaint, the accused (Mohammed Ashraf) was arrested on the charges of arresting the minor girl at Srinagar’s premier hospital.
Police said that an FIR No 07/2023 Under Section 354-A of IPC and Sections 7, 8 of POSCO Act has been registered at Soura Police Station.
