April 25 Two Militants have been killed during an encounter between militants and Government forces at Bagendar area of Bijbehara in South Kashmir’s Islamabad (anantnag) District. Officials told The Kashmiriyat that on Thursday morning 3 RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police after receiving inputs about Militant presence in the area laid a cordon and search operation in the area around 2 am. The cordon continued for nearly two to three hours, during which the hiding Militants opened fire on the troopers triggering an encounter.
